BIO
Lauren Spicola is a multifaceted food professional who has worked with some of the most essential food establishments from San Francisco to Minneapolis.
During her time in California, Lauren helped oversee operations at San Francisco’s famed Bi-Rite Market and 4505 Meats, respectively. Deeply connected to the purveyors, the signature aesthetic of both brands, the food experience, and so much more, she became known in the specialty food sector for her ability to deliver.
As opening manager of Kado No Mise, Lauren’s commitment to excellence, quality, and precision within the culinary space translated into an experience the Minneapolis market had not yet seen. In partnership with the culinary team, and under her leadership, the restaurant saw accolades in the Twin Cities and across the country. Her unmatched vision brought her to Williams Sonoma, where she helmed the California-based retailer's visual merchandising and food programming for the Edina market.
